- Microsoft 365 — delivery and transactional emails sent via our email systems
All of these platforms maintain their own data protection and security policies. We do not operate our own data servers.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may collect basic, anonymised web analytics (page views, country of origin) as part of its infrastructure — this data is not personally identifiable and is not shared with us at an individual level.

Purchase Policy
1. What You Are Purchasing
Our toolkits are digital products delivered as a bundle of files in PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and Word (.docx) formats. Each toolkit contains multiple modules designed to help early-stage founders validate, plan, and grow their startups.
2. Pricing
Toolkit prices are listed on our Products page. Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD) depending on your location. The final price presented at checkout will include all applicable local taxes (such as GST for Indian residents) based on your billing country.
3. How to Purchase
Click the "Buy Now" button on the product page. You will be directed to a Razorpay checkout form where you provide your full name, email address, and phone number, and complete payment. No account creation is required.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, your toolkit files will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery is typically within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. The delivery email is sent from [email protected] and includes a download link for your toolkit files along with a link to your GST-compliant invoice.
Tip: If you don't see the delivery email within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at [email protected] with your order details and we'll resend it promptly.
5. Invoice
A formal tax invoice is automatically generated for every purchase and linked in your delivery email. For customers residing in India, this will be a fully GST-compliant invoice.
6. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the toolkit files for your own business. See the Intellectual Property section of our Terms of Service for details on permitted use.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Digital Products — No Returns
Because our toolkits are digital products delivered electronically, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once the toolkit files have been delivered to your email, the transaction is considered complete.
2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after delivery of the digital files. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is immediate.
3. Exceptions
We will consider a refund or redelivery in the following circumstances:
- Corrupted or inaccessible files: If the files you received are damaged, unreadable, or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either resend the files or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Non-delivery: If you did not receive the delivery email within 24 hours of payment (and it is not in your spam folder), contact us and we will investigate. If we cannot deliver the product, a full refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email used during purchase, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Consulting Services
Discovery calls are offered free of charge and are not subject to refund. Cancellation and rescheduling of booked calls is managed through Zoho Bookings. Paid consulting engagements have separate cancellation terms defined in the engagement agreement.
Payment Policy
1. Payment Processor
All payments on our website are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Dineshwara Manideepu & Associates (OPC) Private Limited (which may appear as "DM Associates XYZ" on your bank or credit card statement) does not store, process, or have access to your payment card details.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)

3. Currency
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. International customers may also be presented prices in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, or AUD depending on their detected location. The currency and final amount are confirmed at checkout. All payments are processed by Razorpay.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on our website may be subject to applicable indirect taxes based on your billing jurisdiction.
For Indian Customers: Prices are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The taxable base amount and specific tax breakdown (CGST/SGST or IGST) will be clearly itemised on your final invoice.
For International Customers: Purchases made from outside India may be zero-rated for Indian GST as an export of digital goods. 6. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, Razorpay displays a confirmation message on screen. You will also receive a delivery email from [email protected] with your toolkit files and invoice link. 7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is interrupted, no charge is applied. If you notice an amount debited for a failed transaction, it will typically be reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed, contact us with your transaction details and we will help resolve it with Razorpay.
